1. What types of wood fuel do you offer?
We offer a wide range of wood fuels, including kiln-dried ash and beech logs, heat logs, kindling, and firewood, all available in various pack sizes to suit your needs.


2. Do you provide UK-wide delivery?
Yes, we deliver across the UK. However, free delivery applies only to mainland UK. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and islands will attract an additional charge.


3. What is the delivery time?
We use ParcelForce Next Day Express for most online orders within mainland UK.
For Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and islands, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days. Any orders confirmed and paid for before 3pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery where applicable.


4. Is delivery free?
Yes—for mainland UK orders only. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden charges for mainland UK deliveries. For Northern Ireland, Highlands, and islands, an additional charge applies.


5. What if I miss the delivery?
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, DHL will leave a card with details on how to arrange a redelivery or where you can collect your order.


6. How do I pay for my order?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. You can choose your preferred payment method during checkout.


7. Do you offer bulk order discounts?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before 3pm on the day of dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items.


11. How do I store the wood fuels after delivery?
For best results, store your wood fuels in a dry, ventilated space to prevent moisture from affecting the logs or kindling.


12. Do you offer returns or refunds?
We do offer returns and refunds for damaged or incorrect items. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
